Gentle Yoga

Join me for an hour of deep stretching to soften, release and rejuvenate the body and mind.
In this one-hour gentle yoga class, you’ll be guided through breath-led movement and subtle body awareness, settling into poses held for longer periods to gently nourish the fascia and support your joints. This practice is accessible to most levels and is designed to support stress relief, flexibility, and nervous system regulation. Please reach out ahead of time if you have any questions, concerns, or injuries. Yoga mats are provided, and you’re warmly encouraged to bring a blanket or pillow to deepen your comfort.
